Connect an AI tool

A rule is a document you name

Point at your rate card in Google Drive, your tone of voice page in Notion, or a PDF on your laptop. That document is now a rule. There is nothing to retype and nothing to keep in step by hand.

How rules work

Edit the file, the rule follows

Vythos re-reads every rule's file about every ten minutes. Change the wording and the rule gets a new version, with the old one kept. Nothing is ever silently swapped.

Your AI tools get the current rules

Claude, Cursor and any other tool that speaks MCP can ask for the rules that apply to the task in hand — client rules ahead of house defaults — and check a draft against them before it reaches a client.

Nothing becomes a rule by itself

Everything else you connect is searchable memory, never governance. A rule exists because a person with the right access said "this document is the rule".

How the pieces fit

A document becomes a rule only when a person names it. Everything you connect also lands in memory, which is searched but never governs. Both reach the place you work — with rules taking precedence.
